1win Announces Public Sale of Its $1WIN Token
1win plans to sell 130 million tokens ahead of its Q4 launch, with $1WIN designed for gaming, lotteries and player rewards.

1win has announced the terms of the public sale for its $1WIN token, pricing 130 million tokens at $0.03 each. The October 12 announcement puts 13% of the token’s fixed 1 billion supply into the sale, which would raise $3.9 million if fully allocated.
The operator said the sale would start soon, without giving an opening date in the post. Its current LitePaper specifies a Solana-based token and targets a token generation event, or TGE, in Q4 2026.
How the Public Sale Works
According to the published sale rules, participants will deposit USDC through non-custodial Web3 wallets during a two-week sale. The minimum contribution is $10, with no maximum and no registration requirement.
The sale uses an oversubscription model. If demand exceeds the available allocation, buyers receive tokens in proportion to their share of the USDC pool, with unused funds returned. Allocations therefore depend on how much participants contribute, rather than how quickly they enter.
At $0.03 per token, the full 1 billion supply implies a $30 million fully diluted valuation. That is a valuation calculated from the sale price, rather than a confirmed market capitalization after trading opens.
Gaming, Lotteries and Rewards
1win plans to integrate $1WIN into gaming, daily lottery draws and player rewards. Its allocation reserves 25% of supply for games, 18% for wager rewards and 8% for users of its Telegram Mini App, a combined 51% earmarked for those categories.
The token gives 1win a currency it can distribute through rewards and accept back through betting and lottery activity. The planned burn mechanism then ties supply reduction to how much of that currency players spend on the platform.
What Unlocks at Launch
Both the public sale allocation and Telegram Mini App airdrop are scheduled to unlock fully at TGE. Together, they account for 210 million tokens, or 21% of total supply. Other allocations have separate unlock and vesting schedules.
That makes the period after launch important: sale buyers and airdrop recipients will be able to sell their unlocked allocations, while the first burn is scheduled a month later. Whether recipients hold, spend or sell will determine how that supply reaches the market.
The roadmap marks the CertiK and Halborn audits as complete, while the public sale, airdrop, mainnet launch and exchange listing remain pending. Gaming with $1WIN, buybacks, burns and the token lottery are listed as upcoming integrations.
