The hacker behind Gamdom’s database theft claim now says they have obtained KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and are extracting nearly 1.8 million support conversations, adding to the exposure beyond the account records behind WhiteArmor’s $15 million ransom demand.
Gambling Lore previously spoke directly with Veryso and WhiteArmor’s founder about that demand. To check the database claim, we provided Veryso with the username of a Gamdom account created in 2021. They returned a full account record, and Gambling Lore verified that the supplied account information was accurate.
In a new conversation with the hacker, they supplied images showing people holding identity documents and handwritten notes with Gamdom’s name for KYC purposes. They said the material came from Gamdom’s customer-support conversations through Intercom and included bank statements, bills, KYC selfies and images of the front and back of identity documents.
KYC Files and Support Conversations

Veryso claims to be extracting Gamdom’s support chat archive, including KYC-tagged conversations dated February 24, 2023 through October 27, 2026.
1,791,044 conversations is what I’m dumping right now
They said the KYC-tagged chat extraction was complete and amounted to roughly ~180,000 of the 1.79m total.
What We Verified
To check whether Veryso held support records, Gambling Lore supplied the email address of a team member’s Gamdom account and asked them to retrieve its support chat history. Veryso returned four ticket entries with dates, statuses and subjects, including withdrawal enquiries and rewards, followed by the account’s Intercom contact identifier and username.
We then requested image attachments from those conversations, Veryso supplied three images from one ticket, which we verified as authentic. This confirmed Veryso held support records and attachments linked to the account, providing evidence beyond the KYC samples initially shared.
