Flutter Ends London Stock Exchange Listing
Flutter Entertainment has completed its planned departure from the London Stock Exchange, leaving New York as the company's only public listing.

Flutter Entertainment has officially ended trading on the London Stock Exchange, completing a move that leaves the New York Stock Exchange as the sole market where its shares are listed.
The decision follows a strategic review announced earlier this year, with the company concluding that maintaining two listings no longer provided sufficient value. According to Flutter, only a small proportion of trading in its shares was taking place in London, while the dual-listing structure continued to carry additional regulatory and administrative costs.
The company's shares ceased trading on the London market at the end of July, with the delisting becoming effective on 3 August. From this point forward, Flutter's ordinary shares will trade exclusively on the NYSE under the ticker FLUT.
The move continues Flutter's gradual shift toward the US market. The company first established a New York listing in early 2024 before making it its primary listing later that year, reflecting the increasing importance of its North American operations. With FanDuel now serving as the group's largest source of revenue and growth, management has increasingly aligned the business with US investors.
While the company will no longer have a presence on the London Stock Exchange, the change is not expected to affect Flutter's day-to-day operations or underlying business. Instead, it represents a restructuring of where its shares are traded and where it believes it can attract the greatest level of investor participation.
Flutter's exit also marks another notable departure from the London market, with several internationally focused companies choosing to consolidate their listings in the United States in pursuit of stronger liquidity and broader access to institutional capital.
