Housebets Launches Duel Mode With 50% Rakeback

Housebets has launched Duel Mode, a new setting that lets players exchange their usual rewards for 50% total rakeback.

According to the operator, 46.25% is paid instantly and the remaining 3.75% is added when a player reaches their next level. Players can switch back to the regular rewards mode at any time.

What Changes in Duel Mode

The higher rakeback comes with changes to the rest of the rewards system. XP accrues at half the normal rate while Duel Mode is active. Cashback, weekly and monthly rewards, VIP reloads and birthday rewards are paused.

Housebets said anything a player earned before switching remains available to claim. The option therefore changes how future play is rewarded without removing existing rewards.

The choice gives players a different payout schedule: more returned immediately from play, with slower progress toward levels and none of the listed recurring rewards while the mode is on. Housebets has not detailed in the announcement how individual game types affect the calculation.

Why Call It Duel Mode?

The name appears to be a nod to competing casino Duel, which has instant rakeback as a central part of its product. Housebets now offers a similar immediate-return option inside its own rewards system: players receive 46.25% rakeback instantly, with another 3.75% at their next level, instead of earning the standard cashback and reload rewards while the mode is active. Housebets has not explicitly said that Duel.com inspired the name.
